We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or design issues.
Once an order is submitted to production, changes to the design, size, color, or shipping address may not be possible.
Product colors may appear slightly different due to monitor settings and printing processes. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact color matches.

3. Pricing and Payment

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and destination. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order once the package ships.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our products are custom-made:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or refund where applicable (in most cases, no return of the original item is required).

All original designs, logos, and content on this website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without prior written permission.
If you submit custom designs or text for printing, you represent that you own or have the rights to use that content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your submitted content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our products are provided “as is.”
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
